Credit Card Orders - We only accept Visa or Mastercard and there is a $25 minumum order.
Licensed radio amateurs need to use their personal credit card, not that of a third party.
If the card is owned (the entity that pays the card bills) by a business, school or government agency, download the Responsible Ham form.
If the card owner is outside the USA and not a ham, download the Foreign End User form.
We do not share your credit card information with any service providers and is kept as secure as possible.

Checks or money orders must be in US dollars drawn on a USA bank and except for US Postal Money Orders, shipment waits 3 weeks for the check to clear. No minimum order for checks or money orders. Please call or email with your list of items for us to quote the amount to add for shipping, handling and insurance before sending the check.

Purchasing Agents: We do no billing. Absolutely no purchase orders, pro-forma invoices, formal quotes, bank transfers, Fed ID numbers, etc. - our price structure is set up for the least cost sales of products directly to individual licensed radio amateurs. A paid invoice is sent in the same box with the shipped equipment, no other invoice copy will be mailed.

Government agencies buying ATV gear from us for their ARES, RACES or Homeland Security Emergency Communications group can purchase from us with a Visa, Mastercard or check when placing the order and need to download and have the Responsible Ham fill out the form and send to us before shipment. You must be a FCC licensed radio amateur to legally operate our equipment in the USA. Therefore, we only sell to and support licensed radio amateurs with a few exceptions such as city and state emergency communications groups, Amembassy AFRTS, or other legal uses - see Legal uses and FCC Rules.

Manuals - Only email requests by licensed radio amateurs for lost manuals of our equipment will be honored - there is no cost. Also you can click on the model numbers below in our products and prices section for data sheets on current products.
Email requests to ATVinfo at hamtv.com must include your call letters, model number, revision letter and year as etched on the board, and put ATV manual request in the subject line.
Manuals or data sheets in PDF or JPEG format will be sent as an attachment back to you for your own personal use. Copies or listing on other web sites are not authorized except by written permission.

Repairs - First, call or email to ATVinfo at hamtv.com with ATV repair in the subject line if you need trouble shooting help with our manufactured gear or to make sure there is a problem with the product. Equipment manufactured by another company, even though sold by us we might be able to help you trouble shoot, but you must contact the manufacturer for their repair and warranty policy. If you need an item repaired by us, download, fill out and include with the item our Repair Authorization form. Most items will be turned around within 2 days. Our policy is that we will determine if the problem is due to our workmanship or materiels or something on your end. If we find that it is due to our workmanship or materiels in less than reasonable life time, you will not be charged for the service and parts. If we determine the problem happened at your end, boards and downconverters will be repaired at $40 plus parts and packaged units at $80 plus parts, insurance, shipping and handling.

You provide your own enclosure, wire, knobs, connectors, hardware, etc. - sorry we have no kits or bare PC boards except where noted. Most construction parts can be obtained from Radio Shack, Mouser Electronics or Digi-Key.
